Hosting, security, and ongoing updates for $69/month, billed monthly.
Website changes by text message: send what you need changed and we handle it.
Month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice using the cancellation form at the83.co/cancel or by emailing ryan@the83.co.
Optional add-on: social media management for $199/month. If you check the box below, we will also run your social media: you link your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile accounts with your own logins, text us photos, clips, and updates, and we publish up to 8 posts a month to your accounts. It bills monthly on its own subscription starting with your first payment, is month to month, and can be cancelled on its own with 30 days notice.

Text message consent

By providing your mobile number and signing below, you consent to receive text messages from The 83 (EightThree Business Consulting LLC) at the number provided above.

Messages include website update confirmations, service notifications, and billing reminders related to your account. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Because your website changes and service updates run by text message, this consent is required to start and keep your plan.

Optional: add social media management

For $199/month we run your social media too. Link your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile accounts with your own logins (we never hold your passwords), text us photos, clips, and updates, and we publish up to 8 posts a month across your accounts. Billed monthly on its own subscription starting with your first payment. Month to month, and you can cancel it on its own with 30 days notice, with or without your website plan.

Payment and recurring authorization

You authorize EightThree Business Consulting LLC to charge the payment method you provide through Stripe as follows: a one-time build fee of $250, charged when you complete payment after signing, and $69 per month for hosting, security, and updates, starting with your first payment and renewing each month until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice by filling out the cancellation form at the83.co/cancel or by emailing ryan@the83.co, and recurring charges stop after the notice period. If a payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you by email or text.

The 83's standard terms at the83.co/terms, including the ownership and buyout terms for client websites, are part of this agreement.

Your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature on this agreement, and a signed copy will be stored and emailed to you.
