Terms.

The ground rules for using this site and receiving texts from The 83.

About this site. This site describes how The 83 works. Nothing here is an offer to take on a client, and nothing here sets fees, timelines, or scope. Engagement terms are agreed separately, in writing.

Text messaging program. The 83 sends service-related text messages, such as website update notifications, to people who opt in. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from The 83 at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can also email ryan@the83.co. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Examples on the work page are illustrations. They are not client results, and they should not be quoted as such.

Intellectual property. The site content, branding, and design belong to The 83 or its licensors.

Client websites. Your domain name and the content you provide (your logo, photos, and text) belong to you. The website design and code belong to The 83 and are licensed to you while your plan is active. If you cancel and want to keep the website, you may buy it out for a one-time fee of $500 and we will hand over the site files and help point your domain.

Limitation of liability. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The 83 is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Effective October 5, 2026.
